Key Responsibilities:

As a Strategic Leader for Automotive Innovation, you will be responsible for developing future-focused strategies for our automotive brands, with a keen emphasis on Electrification, Connectivity, Mobility, and other emerging trends. You will create thought leadership content such as whitepapers, articles, and presentations to articulate vision and insights into future trends. You will also confidently present strategies and insights to C-Level executives, providing robust backing and rationale for proposed strategies.

Qualifications and Skills:

We are seeking a visionary leader who can articulate our perspectives with clarity and authority, fostering CI&T's prominence and thought leadership within the automotive domain. You will have proven experience in strategic leadership roles, preferably within the automotive or digital industry. You will have demonstrated ability to think strategically and envision future trends, particularly in areas such as Electrification, Connectivity, and Mobility. You will have excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and strategies to diverse audiences, including C-Level executives. You will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to gather, analyze, and interpret data to inform strategic decision-making. You will have experience in producing high-quality thought leadership content, such as whitepapers, articles, and presentations. You will have a collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels. You will have creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges. You will have drive and initiative to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering results.
