Job Title: Construction Project Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Director to join our team at Rona Inc. As a key member of our construction services team, you will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion.
  • Develop and implement project management plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and control project costs, ensuring they are within budget and aligned with company financial goals.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project satisfaction and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management, preferably in the retail sector.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or architecture, or equivalent experience in the construction industry.
  • Professional certification in project management, such as PMP or PMI.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in project management software, such as MS Project.
