Project Manager

As a Project Manager at Buildup, you will be responsible for planning and supervising the execution of a project in collaboration with clients, architects, and the site manager to ensure that the project is completed within the prescribed deadlines while respecting construction specifications, product quality, and budgets.
You will be responsible for:
- Monitoring changes and directives during projects
- Ensuring site efficiency to allow for optimal performance
- Preparing pre-project documents (technical sheets, workshop drawings, etc.)
- Preparing and tracking payment requests
- Conducting various quantity surveys
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite and be comfortable with computer tools
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Good written French
- Ability to read construction plans
- General health and safety certification on construction sites (possibility of following training)
- Resourcefulness and proactivity
