Job Title: Bridge Design Engineer

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join a reputable company delivering engineered solutions to Canada's Infrastructure. As a Bridge Design Engineer, you will be responsible for leading and managing structural engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring all deliverables meet quality, budget, and schedule requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage structural engineering projects from concept to completion.
  • Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure integrated engineering solutions are developed and implemented.
  • Utilize tools and software to perform structural analysis and simulations.
  • Develop and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and technical reports.
  • Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design specifications.
  • Address and resolve technical issues that arise during project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, providing technical support and professional development opportunities.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
  • Review and approve design documents, calculations, and project deliverables.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on structural engineering matters.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Produce technical reports and memos to support design.
