About the Role

This is a part-time position that requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. As a Building Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of our properties.

Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, scrub, and wax hallways, floors, and stairs to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Operate industrial vacuum cleaners to remove scraps, dirt, heavy debris, and other refuse from our properties.
  • Empty trash cans and other waste containers regularly to prevent odors and pests.
  • Wash windows, interior walls, and ceilings to maintain a clean and aesthetically pleasing appearance.
  • Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a hygienic environment.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
  • Able to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range: $45,000 - $55,000 per year.
  • Part-time schedule with approximately 20-25 hours per week.
  • Opportunity to work independently with minimal supervision.
