Job Description

As an Asphalt Plant Maintenance Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our plants. Your responsibilities will include routine maintenance of lubrication systems, conducting major and minor repairs, and operating a loader to feed the plant when required. Attention to detail is essential for completing daily, weekly, and monthly equipment inspections and maintenance logs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • welding and mechanical skills
  • ability to work flexible hours
  • ability to lift 50lbs
Benefits

At Miller Paving South Western Ontario, we offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you can expect to earn additional compensation through bonuses and benefits packages.
