About the Role:
At Motion, we're seeking a compassionate and responsive Client Care Coordinator to join our team in Timmins. As a key member of our team, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience every time to our valued clients, their loved ones, and the community healthcare practitioners that make up their care team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance the customer experience by welcoming, engaging with, and meeting the needs of our clients and visitors on-site.
- Collaborate with busy Service Technicians and Sales Consultants to oversee the client order administration, process payment, manage bank deposits, billing & payments as needed.
- Coordinate all the details to ensure timing, information, and expectations are accurate, transparent, and communicated to all parties involved.

- Experience working in a fast-paced office environment or a customer-facing role.
- Deadline-driven and able to prioritize and manage a myriad of tasks as they come up throughout the day.
- Comfortable navigating databases and learning new software quickly.
