About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Financial Services Professional to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Wealth Management Specialist, you will play a key role in helping our clients achieve their financial goals and build a successful career with our organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-net-worth individuals, families, and business owners to understand their complex financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Leverage our extensive investment and wealth management resources to create customized portfolios and wealth plans that meet the unique needs of our clients.
  • Foster trusted, long-term relationships with our clients by providing personalized service and advice, and staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with our partners in Personal & Commercial Banking and Insurance to ensure our clients receive comprehensive support for all aspects of their financial lives.

Requirements

  • 4-6 years of outbound sales experience with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) or equivalent certification.
  • Strong passion for financial planning and a keen interest in portfolio management.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and ability to connect with diverse individuals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in a direct marketing role, financial services, or a related field, with a proven track record of success in high-value sales and business development.
  • Completion of the Conduct and Practices Handbook (CPH), Personal Financial Planner (PFP), Chartered Investment Manager (CIM), and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) certifications.
