Job Title: Financial Services Officer

DUCA Financial Services Credit Union Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Services Officer to join our team. As a Financial Services Officer, you will play a key role in helping our members achieve their financial goals by providing expert advice and guidance on a range of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with members to understand their financial needs and goals.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on financial products and services, including credit solutions, investment products, and banking services.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow our member base and increase revenue.
  • Work closely with other team members to achieve business objectives and provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field, such as finance or business.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in a credit union or bank.
  • Strong knowledge of financial products and services, including credit solutions, investment products, and banking services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members and other team members.
