Job Title: Financial Advisor

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Advisor to join our team at Royal Bank of Canada. As a Financial Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert financial advice and guidance to our clients, helping them achieve their financial goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and goals
  • Provide personalized financial advice and guidance to clients, including investment and wealth management strategies
  • Collaborate with other financial professionals to deliver comprehensive financial solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and economic conditions to provide informed advice to clients
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals

Requirements:

  • Valid Mutual Funds accreditation (Investment Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course)
  • Completed Certificate in Financial Services Advice, offered through the CSI (i.e. Personal Financial Service Advice and Financial Planning I)
  • 2-3 years of proven sales experience in the financial services industry, handling credit and investments
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and maintain long-term client relationships
  • Digital literacy across a broad range of devices (i.e., smartphones, tablets, laptops, etc.)
