  • Job Description

    We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee one of our residential buildings in St-Constant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the property, ensuring optimal rental performance, and providing exceptional customer service.

  • Key Responsibilities
    1. Coordinate with the regional director to develop and implement a tailored action plan.
    2. Develop and execute strategies to maximize rental revenue.
    3. Work closely with the regional manager to create a comprehensive management plan for the property.
    4. Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through prompt and courteous service.
    5. Manage a multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless service delivery.
    6. Oversee rent collection and deposit management in accordance with established standards.
    7. Manage purchase orders and invoices efficiently.
    8. Develop and manage a monthly budget.
    9. Coordinate tenant arrivals and departures, ensuring building security and optimal progress.
    10. Provide exceptional maintenance services to customers and property spaces.
    11. Manage apartment renovations according to the regional management's established program.
    12. Collaborate with regional teams on capital projects and register files with the Régie du Logement.
  • Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in administration or a relevant field, or 3-5 years of experience in multi-housing or real estate.
    • Strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
    • Ability to work in a sales/marketing-oriented environment.
    • Knowledge of financial statement analysis, business plan creation, and execution.
    • Bilingualism is an asset.
