We are seeking a detail-oriented Property Administrator for our well-known client in Saint John to manage day-to-day property operations, handle tenant interactions, and ensure high standards of property management.
The ideal candidate will bring strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a solid understanding of property management practices to our team.

Responsibilities
- Manage tenant communications, including handling inquiries, complaints, and service requests.
- Oversee repairs and maintenance, and manage contractors.
- Handle rent collection, budget management, and financial records.
- Address tenant issues, manage leases, and handle evictions.
- Attract tenants with marketing and ensure smooth daily operations.
- Maintain property management software and update tenant and property records.

Qualifications
- Previous experience in property management or real estate administration.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency with property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of lease agreements, contracts, and legal regulations in real estate.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
