Training and Skills Development Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Skills Development Professional to join our team at Desjardins. In this role, you will assist with needs analysis, training logistics, and delivery. You will also provide technical support, share your expertise, and contribute to quality assurance throughout the product/service delivery process.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Serving as a resource person and providing technical support for complex operational issues
- Helping evaluate training needs and identifying and validating training approaches, tools, and content
- Carrying out specialized technical studies, research, and analysis, and submitting solutions and action plans
- Rolling out and maintaining software and manual and automated processes, and training users
- Preparing technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Helping practitioners follow our unit's standards and processes and use our business solutions, tools, and systems

What you bring to the table includes:
- General college diploma in a related field
- A minimum of three years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Advanced knowledge of English due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with English-speaking partners, members, and/or clients
- Expert level of written French
