Training and Skills Development Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Training and Skills Development Technician to join our team at Desjardins. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in assisting with needs analysis, training logistics, and delivery. Your expertise will be invaluable in ensuring the quality of our training programs and services.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with needs analysis and training logistics to ensure effective delivery of training programs
- Provide technical support and expertise to ensure high-quality training services
- Conduct research and analysis to identify and validate training approaches, tools, and content
- Develop and maintain software and manual processes, and train users on their use
- Prepare technical notes to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members
- Ensure that practitioners follow our unit's standards and processes, and use our business solutions, tools, and systems
