Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Director, Planning to join our team at March Networks. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for providing strategic direction and leadership to our IT department, driving business growth and innovation through technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead the planning and execution of IT projects, ensuring timely delivery and within budget
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT team, ensuring they have the necessary skills and resources to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business needs, and develop solutions to meet those needs
  • Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring effective use of resources and minimizing costs
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth
  • Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data, and develop strategies to mitigate risks and threats

Requirements:

  • At least 10 years of experience in IT leadership, with a strong background in technology strategy and planning
  • Proven track record of delivering successful IT projects and driving business growth through technology
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions
  • Experience with cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics is an asset
