Director of IT Strategy

About the Role

The Director of IT Strategy will provide leadership and technology vision to establish a fully integrated, end-to-end business automation IT architecture at March Networks. This will involve assessing the current IT landscape and ensuring its evolution in all aspects of IT, including business applications, infrastructure, networking, help desk, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a new IT strategy that drives internal self-help capabilities and an aggressive competitive e-commerce strategy to complement MN's VaaS and SaaS product roll-outs.
  • Develop a roadmap for March Networks IT on-premise and cloud infrastructure to provide ongoing support of the MN applications portfolio and proactively maintain security threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Manage and oversee all IT projects, IT resource management, and capital and expense budgets.
  • Recruit and develop IT staff in alignment with IT objectives and corporate needs.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in the Information Technology field, including new product development, implementation, and at least 8 years of progressively responsible IT management experience.
  • In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure technologies, including VMware virtualization, IaaS, Cloud backup, Disaster Recovery, and Unified Communications.
  • Expertise in implementing and managing software solutions in the areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Relationship Management (CRM), E-Commerce solutions, and Middleware.
