Job Title: Director, Information Technology

March Networks Training is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Information Technology to lead our IT strategy and drive business growth.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership and vision for our IT infrastructure, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and driving innovation to stay ahead of the competition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive IT strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
  • Lead the IT team to deliver high-quality solutions that meet the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Oversee the management of our IT infrastructure, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource plans to ensure effective use of IT resources.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends to ensure our IT strategy remains relevant and effective.
Requirements
  • At least 10 years of leadership experience in the IT field, including new product development and implementation.
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Strong technical skills, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, and data analytics.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Professional certifications in cloud computing, cybersecurity, or data analytics.
  • Experience with IT service management frameworks, such as ITIL.
