About the Job:We are seeking a seasoned Front Desk Manager with exceptional leadership skills and experience in hospitality management to join our team at NLG - Next Level Group. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service and driving results-driven teams.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Front Desk department, including managing staff performance, resolving guest complaints, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and develop a high-performing team of front desk agents.
- Manage front desk operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and cash handling.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure seamless guest experiences.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including occupancy rates, revenue, and guest feedback.
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and make sound decisions quickly.
