Job SummaryThis is a permanent, full-time position working 96 hours bi-weekly. The successful candidate will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, setting up and adjusting production machinery, and fitting and assembling components to close tolerance.
We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, based on experience. Additional benefits include dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, paramedical services coverage, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, life insurance, pension plan, and Registered Retirement Savings Plan (RRSP).
About YouTo succeed in this role, you should have a strong foundation in machining and aviation manufacturing, with at least 1 year of experience in a similar field. You must also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
You will be working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, so you must be able to handle pressure and prioritize tasks effectively. A physically demanding work schedule is expected, including standing for extended periods and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Travel may be required occasionally.
