Job Summary

BMO is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of Director & Assistant Market Leader. This position will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the wealth sales and service sector.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability in the wealth sales and service sector.
  • Lead a team of sales and service professionals to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to sales and service professionals to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Monitor and analyze sales and service performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales and service processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies and goals.
  • Provide input and recommendations on business decisions and initiatives.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on sales and service processes and procedures.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in sales and service, with a focus on wealth sales and service.
  • Proven track record of success in leading sales and service teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and senior leaders.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Strong technical skills, with the ability to provide technical support and guidance to sales and service professionals.
