Sleep Care Specialist

Snore MD, a renowned sleep clinic in Alberta, is seeking a highly qualified Clinical Coordinator to join their team. This exceptional opportunity offers a unique chance to elevate your career in a 5-star patient care environment.
Responsibilities:- Triage patient referrals and coordinate bookings to ensure seamless patient experience
- Communicate effectively with allied healthcare professionals, such as doctors and specialists, to maintain optimal care standards
- Oversee clinic operations, receive inventory, and process sleep test equipment to guarantee efficiency and accuracy
- Support insurance paperwork processing to facilitate smooth billing and reimbursement
This role offers a competitive salary of $22-$25 per hour, plus bonus opportunities that can increase earnings up to $26-$29 per hour. In addition, Snore MD provides an attractive benefits package, including health and dental coverage, vision care, RRSP matching, health club memberships, and education spending accounts.
Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Mature and confident team player with a strong drive to perform and achieve results
- A positive attitude and genuine passion for delivering exceptional patient care and building meaningful relationships
- Sincere enthusiasm for learning new technologies and possessing proficient computer skills
- Previous medical experience as a medical office assistant or physio/optometry/sleep clinic professional
- Rock-solid reliability, excellent organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail
