About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Senior Project Manager to join our team at Bird Construction Group.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and negotiate contractual agreements, ensuring timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and risk management.
  • Lead and manage project teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, open communication, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor and control project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and issues.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in construction project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • College/CEGEP degree in a relevant field, such as construction management, engineering, or architecture.
