Job Title: Business Services HR PartnerWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Services HR Partner to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will provide strategic support to our leadership team and drive business growth through effective talent management and development.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement global HR strategies and initiatives
- Provide expert advice and guidance on talent management, team member relations, and engagement
- Develop and implement programs to enhance team and Assentee success
- Support the development of organizational structure, roles, and career paths
- Make recommendations on HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with security controls and company policies
- 8+ years of relevant HR experience, with at least 8+ years as a Business Partner supporting Senior Executive and/or C-level leaders

- Analytically driven with experience working with people and business metrics to guide decisions
