We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Clerk to join our team at B.R. Enterprises Ltd.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems;
  • Preparing cheques for payroll and ensuring timely payment to employees;
  • Calculating fixed assets and depreciation accurately;
  • Keeping track of general ledgers and financial statements;
  • Posting journal entries and preparing statistical, financial, and accounting reports;
  • Reconciling accounts and maintaining accurate financial records;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in accounting or a related field;
  • A College diploma or certificate in Accounting or a related field;
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills;
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is approximately $45,000 to $55,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a pension plan.
