Senior Finance and Administration Position

A high-level executive responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative aspects of our organization.

About the Role:
  • Direct and oversee middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to drive company objectives.
  • Formulate regional, divisional, or departmental strategies and policies to support business growth.
  • Evaluate and allocate resources to execute company policies and programs effectively.
  • Promote the organization through negotiations, official functions, and community outreach.

  • Determine departmental objectives and develop policies to support them.
  • Maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to work under pressure with a large workload and maintain attention to detail.
Benefits and Working Conditions:

This is a full-time position based in Avenue suite 511, Surrey, BC, V3W 0H6, Canada. We offer a competitive salary package, including $51.30 per hour for 30-40 hours/week, plus comprehensive benefits.

Education and Experience:

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a related field.
