Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Operations Officer to join our team in Dieppe. As a key member of our Operations & Technology team, you will provide a broad range of operational support and perform general to specialized transactions. Your strong organizational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and ability to manage high volumes of work will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide operational support and perform transactions within the Operations & Technology team.
- Support partner relationships to maintain operational effectiveness and meet business objectives.
- Positively contribute to the overall customer experience and loyalty index in each interaction.
- Handle customer problems appropriately and escalate when necessary.

Requirements
- Strong understanding of bank policies, procedures, and due diligence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience in spreadsheet building and strong email communication skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running and self-motivated team player.
- 2 years of experience in a Trade Processing-related role, particularly with cash products.
