Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at Edo Japan Sherwood Park Mall. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing and serving food, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, take orders, and serve food and beverages in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Food Preparation: Prepare and cook food to order, including portioning and wrapping food, and heating and finishing simple food items.
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and safe work environment, including sweeping, mopping, and polishing floors, and handling and storing cleaning products.
  • Inventory Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Work Conditions: Fast-paced environment, standing for extended periods.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
