About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Counter Attendant to join our team at Pizza Sherwood Park. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately.
    • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the dining area and kitchen.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive dining experience for all guests.
    • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Receive and stock inventory, including food, beverages, and supplies.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve common goals and objectives.
    • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to ensure seamless service.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Previous experience in a food service or hospitality environment is an asset.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions.
