About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Counter Attendant to join our team at KASKA CHICKEN FOODS INC. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Sanitation: Clean and sanitize items such as dishwasher mats, carts, and waste disposal units to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Inventory Management: Replenish condiments and other supplies at tables and serving areas to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
  • Food Preparation: Package take-out food and prepare, heat, and finish simple food items to meet customer demands.
  • Supply Chain Management: Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas to maintain a well-stocked inventory.
  • Customer Service: Advise customers on menu selections and provide recommendations to enhance their dining experience.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods to meet customer needs.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: Willingness to train and learn new skills is essential for this position.
  • Language: Fluency in English is required for effective communication with customers and colleagues.
  • Work Schedule: 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract.
