Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Technician to join our Capital Investment team. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the team, including file keeping, accounting, and other related technical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor project documents and accounting data for billing purposes.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, create and coordinate documents and correspondence for internal and external contacts.
- Record keeping of documents and correspondence related to the administration of the service.
- Prepare and distribute reports pertaining to the service.
- Reservations and travel arrangements.
- May be requested to train less experienced employees.
Requirements:
- College diploma (DEC) or other diploma or attestation of studies recognized as being equivalent.
- 4 years of related experience.
- Fluent in oral and written English and French.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Construction project file keeping and project accounting experience is a must.
- Knowledge of the tendering process and documents is a must.
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 35 hours/week.
Classification / Salary / Benefits: In accordance with the AENQ collective agreement for support staff, this position belongs to job category 4211: from $24.21 to $32.32 an hour depending on qualification and experience. All benefits are prorated based on the percentage of the task.
