Dublin Calling is a vibrant party pub and kitchen that offers a unique atmosphere for guests. Our team is passionate about sports, good times, and creating a fun environment for our patrons.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare food to the highest standards, adhering to Chef's specifications.
  • Ensure timely and simultaneous delivery of orders, maintaining high quality.
  • Practice First-In-First-Out (FIFO) inventory management.
  • Set up and stock stations efficiently.
  • Prepare food for service, adhering to menu and specials knowledge.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace at all times.
  • Monitor and manage food and supply stock levels.
  • Comply with nutrition, sanitation, and safety regulations.
  • Communicate effectively within the team, offering support as needed.
  • Work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Stay up-to-date on menu items and specials.
  • Receive and inspect vendor deliveries, ensuring quality and quantity meet requirements.
  • Clean and maintain personal station to a high standard, assisting colleagues as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent understanding of cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
  • Accuracy and speed in executing tasks.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Attention to detail and pride in work and environment.
  • Ability to work in a standing position for extended periods.
  • Physical stamina to lift up to 40 pounds and perform repetitive tasks.
