We are seeking a skilled Oral Health Professional to join our team at the Hay River Dental Clinic. As an integral part of our dental care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient services and contributing to a positive patient experience.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting initial dental assessments, consulting with dentists on patient care, and providing preventative oral health services. This includes taking dental impressions, instructing patients on oral hygiene, cleaning and stimulating gums, applying fluoride treatment, and removing stains and deposits from teeth.

You will also be responsible for taking, developing, and mounting X-rays, removing sutures, and maintaining accurate records. Additionally, you will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in dental hygiene or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body
  • Basic security clearance
