Position Overview

As a key member of the FortisBC team, the Compliance Analyst will play a vital role in ensuring the company's adherence to regulatory standards. With a strong focus on process efficiency and streamlining, this position will be responsible for reviewing, interpreting, and determining the impact of incoming reliability standards on existing processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance Reviews: Conduct thorough compliance reviews and analysis to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Process Development: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement new processes, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Training and Education: Provide training and education to impacted personnel, promoting a culture of compliance within the organization.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration, fostering a culture of transparency and accountability.
Requirements
  • Education: A recognized Business Diploma with a focus on project management, business, or financial analysis.
  • Experience: 3 years of related experience in process and procedure development and training, with a strong understanding of computer systems operations and various applications software.
  • Skills: Excellent multi-tasking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze, identify, and interpret complex data.
