Compliance Analyst

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting incoming reliability standards to ensure compliance with existing processes. Your expertise will be crucial in editing and creating new processes, training impacted personnel, and ensuring compliance through thorough reviews of established processes.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct in-depth compliance reviews and analysis, documenting all applicable business processes.
- Monitor and communicate regulatory and compliance activity, identifying potential issues and recommending solutions.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement compliance management programs and apply BC Reliability Standards, policies, and technologies.
- Provide expert guidance on Reliability Standards and assist with the development of presentation materials and training.
- Assist with project planning and process improvement initiatives, analyzing the impact of possible MRS violations on stakeholders.
- Provide budget and financial support to MRS-related centers and projects, analyzing and investigating financial matters.
- Education: Completion of a recognized Business Diploma with a focus on project management, business, or financial analysis.
- Experience: 3 years of related experience in process and procedure development, training, and compliance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Professional, with a working knowledge of computer systems operations and various applications software.
- Excellent multi-tasking, critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional group.
- Valid Class 5 British Columbia Driver's License.
