Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of food preparation and portioning staff, ensuring efficient and safe operations.
  • Train and Develop Staff: Provide guidance on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure staff are equipped to perform their roles effectively.
  • Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock and wastage.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns, ensuring high-quality food and service standards are met.
  • Administrative Tasks: Prepare budgets, cost estimates, and food order summaries for the chef, maintaining accurate records and reports.
Supervision and Team Management

Lead a team of 5-10 staff members, establishing work schedules and ensuring seamless operations.

Requirements
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Language: English language proficiency.
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
