Job Title: Food Service Team Lead

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Team Lead to join our team at Living Water Resorts. As a Food Service Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet the needs of our guests
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to ensure adequate inventory
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage
  • Prepare and submit reports to management

Requirements:

  • 1-7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
