Key Responsibilities:
  • Staff Management: Train and supervise food service staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance management.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, including maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
  • Budgeting: Prepare and manage budgets, including estimating ingredient and supply costs.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports on sales, customer feedback, and other key performance indicators.

Requirements: 1-2 years of experience in a food service management role, with a strong track record of success in staff management, quality control, and customer service. A secondary school graduation certificate and a strong understanding of food safety and sanitation procedures are also required.
