Job Title: Business Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Specialist to join our team at Supergraphics Design Company Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and provide expert advice on managerial methods and organization of our establishment
  • Conduct research to determine efficiency and effectiveness of managerial policies and programs
  • Propose improvements to methods, systems, and procedures
  • Supervise a team of 3-4 people
  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • Train staff to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Oversee the development of communication strategies
  • Plan and control budget and expenditures
  • Direct and advise staff in the development and implementation of service quality assessment strategies
Requirements:
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 32 hours per week
