Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Receptionist to join our team at Executrade Consultants Ltd. as a Corporate Front Desk Coordinator. This is a fantastic opportunity for an individual with a minimum of 5 years of recent experience in an administrative role, preferably in an oil and gas or construction setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the office, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
  • Communication and Administration: Answer and manage all incoming calls, respond to emails, and perform general word processing and data entry tasks.
  • Mail and Courier Management: Handle mail and courier services, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
  • Office Supplies and Maintenance: Order office and kitchen supplies, maintain the copy room, kitchen area, and front reception space, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
  • Meetings and Events: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, as well as preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration an asset.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant, preferably in an oil and gas or construction setting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in using MS Office Suite, and customer service-orientated with a positive and professional attitude.
