Key Responsibilities- Front Desk Operations: Greet and welcome all visitors and guests to the office, ensuring a professional and courteous experience.
- Communication and Administration: Answer and manage all incoming calls, respond to emails, and perform general word processing and data entry tasks.
- Mail and Courier Management: Handle mail and courier services, including receiving, sorting, and distributing mail and packages.
- Office Supplies and Maintenance: Order office and kitchen supplies, maintain the copy room, kitchen area, and front reception space, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
- Meetings and Events: Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, events, and conferences, as well as preparing meeting materials and taking minutes.
- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office administration an asset.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of recent experience as a receptionist/administrative assistant, preferably in an oil and gas or construction setting.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, proficient in using MS Office Suite, and customer service-orientated with a positive and professional attitude.
- Competitive Salary: Salary will be based on experience.
