Corporate Legal Assistant

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Legal Assistant to join our team at a law firm in Steinbach. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and draft legal documents, including letters, agreements, and reports
- File documents at the Companies Office and conduct due diligence and reports
- Correspond with clients and other lawyers
- Manage and maintain filing systems
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
- Successful completion of a legal assistant program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant with a focus on Corporate Law
- Ability to work well in a team setting and independently
- Excellent attention to detail and outstanding multi-tasking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize a heavy workload
- Tech-savvy: Great understanding of Excel and MS Office
- Ability to work independently and under minimal supervision
