Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Lightmo Logistics Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery operations, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of goods to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise a team of delivery drivers to ensure they are meeting their delivery targets and adhering to company policies.
- Coordinate with dispatchers to optimize delivery routes and schedules.
- Monitor and control inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
- Develop and implement processes to improve delivery efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Requirements:
- Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Valid driver's licence
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory role
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
