Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Lightmo Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of goods and ensuring that our customers receive their packages on time.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise a team of 5-10 delivery drivers and provide guidance on safe and efficient delivery practices.
- Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure that deliveries are made on time and that our customers are satisfied.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed at all times, and that our drivers are equipped with the necessary tools and equipment to perform their jobs safely.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support our operations.
Requirements:
- Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles)
- Valid driver's licence
- Flexibility and a strong work ethic are essential for this role.
