Job Title: Logistics Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Logistics Supervisor to join our team at Lightmo Logistics Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our delivery drivers and ensuring the smooth execution of our logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Coordinate: Manage a team of 5-10 delivery drivers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their daily targets.
  • Dispatching and Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and protocols.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to employees to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Materials and Supplies: Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Class 5/5F/G Licence (cars, small trucks, and other 2-axle vehicles).
  • Language: Fluency in English.
Work Environment:

Our team works in a fast-paced environment, and you will be required to work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
