Position Overview

The role of the Construction Site Supervisor at Hive Invesco Ltd. involves overseeing various construction projects while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 7 months to less than 1 year in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
Work Environment

This position entails working at various locations, adapting to the dynamic nature of construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile production and other relevant reports.
  • Supervise construction workers and manage ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule project activities effectively.
  • Provide training or arrange for training sessions for team members.
  • Estimate project costs and necessary materials.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Develop methods to meet project timelines.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
