Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at H&A Contractor Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing construction projects, supervising workers, and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate construction activities
  • Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
  • Oversee apprenticeship training and development
  • Estimate costs and materials
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Leading and instructing individuals
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience
  • Portuguese language proficiency
  • Work site environment: outdoors, noisy, dusty
  • Work setting: construction
  • Supervision: 3-4 people
  • Work conditions and physical capabilities: work under pressure
  • Own tools/equipment: steel-toed safety boots, hard hat, safety glasses/goggles

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
