Job Title: Mathematics Professor

Job Summary:

  • Teach Mathematics to primary and middle school students
  • Develop and implement effective pedagogical strategies and tools in the classroom

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and deliver engaging Mathematics lessons to students
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum
  • Stay up-to-date with developments in Mathematics education and pedagogy

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Education or a related field
  • Specialist qualification in Mathematics education
  • Recent experience teaching full-time in a school or in school board administration
  • 2 years of experience implementing the Ontario curriculum in Mathematics
  • Up-to-date qualification confirmation in Mathematics education
  • Ability to apply the Standards of Practice of the profession and the Code of Ethics for Teachers in Ontario
