Job Summary

Options Consulting Solutions is seeking an experienced Director of Operations to lead daily operations across various departments, drive change, and shape broadcast operations strategy. The ideal candidate should have 10+ years of senior leadership experience in operations with skills in technology and team management.

About the Role

As Director of Operations, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, collaborating with senior management to achieve productivity and operational excellence, and ensuring adherence to health, safety, and regulatory standards. You will also review financials, optimize budgets, and drive profitability through process improvements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations across multiple departments, driving change and policies.
  • Collaborate with senior management to shape broadcast operations strategy and align with long-term organizational goals.
  • Guide and support the management team to achieve productivity, responsiveness, and operational excellence.
  • Review financials, optimize budgets, and drive profitability through process improvements.
  • Maintain clear, effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven success in a leadership role in the broadcast, media, entertainment, events, or sports industry ideally.
  • Expertise in Human Resources, performance reviews, change management, policy adherence, systems implementation.
  • Excellent communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, streamlining processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
