The Procurement Specialist (Indirect Materials and Services) is a key role within the ALMAG Group, responsible for managing and optimizing the procurement processes for indirect materials and services. This position involves analyzing procurement data, developing strategies to improve cost-effectiveness, and implementing process improvements to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Analyze procurement data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication
- Monitor and report on procurement metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in procurement and supply chain management
- Proven experience in procurement or a related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and procurement software
