Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist

At Carol Lake Metal Works Ltd, we are seeking a skilled Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist to join our team. This role requires a strong background in machine operation and maintenance, as well as excellent problem-solving skills.
Job DescriptionThis is a challenging opportunity for individuals who enjoy working with their hands and are looking to take their career to the next level. As a Precision Metal Fabrication Specialist, you will be responsible for setting up and operating various metal fabrication machines, including CNC machines, lathes, and milling machines.
You will work closely with our production team to ensure that all parts meet the required specifications and quality standards. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues will be essential in maintaining our high level of productivity and efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications- A secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required; however, completion of a post-secondary program in a related field would be an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or industry is preferred.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $75,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, as well as a retirement savings plan.
