We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Farm Operations Coordinator to join our team at Barrich Farms (2020) Ltd.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed to maintain a healthy and productive work environment.
- Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations, including the management of potatoes.
- Perform general farm duties, including detecting disease and health problems in crops, livestock, and poultry.
- Train other workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Schedule activities to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
- 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field is preferred.
- Team player with excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a rural area and live on-site if necessary.
- English language proficiency is required.
- 40 to 60 hours per week, with the possibility of overtime.
